1. When will you reply after I send you an inquiry? Generally, we will reply within 48 business hours after receiving the inquiry. 2. How do I place an order online? Firstly please go to our website: www.beadsjewelrywholesale.com and register a free account with your Email address; Then start shopping and choose what you want to put into your shopping cart, confirm the number and quantity;At last, update your cart list and confirm the order. 3. Should I just resubmit if I encounter a problem while submitting my order? Yes, please try again first. And then log in again to check whether there's an order confirmed letter or not. If you've got the confirmed letter, it means you've placed an order and do not need to resubmit. If there's no confirmed letter in your account, and you are unsure whether your order go through or not, contact us and we will be happy to assist. 4. What if I have placed a duplicate order? Please contact us if you've unintentionally submitted a duplicate order, and we will check and cancel your duplicate order. 5. If I am purchasing an item, how will I know when my transaction is complete, and where can I see more detailed information about my purchase? Can I take an item out of my shopping cart once it has been selected? I have a large order and need to ship to multiple addresses, what is the easiest way to do this? The easiest way is to place individual orders for each location and fill out "Ship To" information as requested at the checkout screen. It will give you an Order number for each address that you're shipping to. And it is easier for you (and us) to track each order.

Yes, we have MOQ request, normally our minimum order quantity is: 5pcs per item.
However, the minimum quantity is not limited for trial orders. You can order any quantity of beads or jewelries for your first order. 10. How to check my order status? The order status before you pay will be "pending", "awaiting payment" or "processing" for paid and "shipped" for shipped with the shipping information.
